3. A note on the visual theme

This site uses a decorative radar panel and a strip-board navigation for visual identity. The decorative panel is hidden from assistive technology because it conveys no information, and the page title and description it frames are also available as ordinary headings and text. Animated elements are purely ornamental and stop when your system requests reduced motion.

4. Ongoing work and known limits

Accessibility is not a one-time task. We review this site as part of our regular content updates, we test keyboard navigation and screen reader behaviour, and we fix barriers as we find them. If any part of the site falls short of our target, we want to know so we can correct it rather than wait for the next review.

We also design with plain language in mind. Accessibility is not only a matter of markup and contrast; it is also about whether a reader can follow the content. We keep sentences short, avoid needless abbreviations, expand a term the first time it appears, and use headings that describe what follows. If a reader using assistive technology can move through the page and understand each section in order, the design is doing its job.
